Tech experts from Google, Atlassian and Israel’s vibrant startup scene will visit Adelaide in November to speak at the annual SouthStart conference.

Powerledger co-founder and chair Dr Jemma Green will be speaking at the conference alongside the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s chief scientist Dr Sarah Pearson and headline speaker Google’s design lead Devin Mancuso.

Event organisers have released the first round of speakers secured for the two-day technology and startup conference, including a mix of local, interstate and international tech experts.

SouthStart will kick off November 20 as part of the Global Entrepreneurs Week, where more than 70 speakers will explore the latest developments in AI, space, creative industries, agtech and blockchain technologies

Other speakers on the program include Israeli tech journalist and startup ecosystem expert Inbal Orpaz and Atlassian’s head of foundation Mark Reading.
