Powerledger placed in the top three for the Best Startup — Social Or Community Impact category At The 2017 Talent Unleashed Awards in the APAC region.

The Talent Unleashed Awards celebrate the global tech community across the EMEA, USA, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

The other finalists in the Best Startup — Social or Community category were CancerAid and Banquer.

The winner in the category this year was CancerAid, an app which empowers the cancer community through innovation on a global scale and designed by a team of cancer doctors.

The judges included Silicon Valley icon and philanthropist, Steve Wozniak, founder of Virgin Group, Sir Richard Branson and Jane Tewson, who has founded five charities.
