Digital Creative Coordinator

Position Overview

The Digital Creative Coordinator will maintain, improve and advise on all customer-facing and B2B collateral including our website. This will include video recording and production for website and social media along with graphic design for internal and external communications and marketing.

The Digital Creative Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the design and tone of all Powerledger brand projects, including digital and print collateral, web/digital communications, and original designs ensuring that all produced materials reflect Powerledger’s brand values.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes

  • Work within the marketing and communications team to create materials used for B2Bmarketing. 
  • Graphic design work across the website, CRM tools, digital advertising, presentation decks, reports, EDMs and social media.
  • Assist in regular maintenance and updates for our website hosted on web flow.
  • Act as a brand gatekeeper ensuring all of Powerledger’s brand guidelines are adhered to, collaborating with other teams so that our creative output is consistent and of high quality.
  • Manage all image sourcing and quality, including photography and photo editing. 
  • Video production and editing.

  • TAFE or higher education degrees in design, marketing and/or creativity are preferred. 

Experience and Knowledge:

  • 2-3 years of design experience mandatory. 
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, working across Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Indesign.
  • Experience with Figma.
  • Experience with Webflow.
  • Understanding of user-centric design principles.
  • Understanding of responsive design.

Nice to haves:

  • Understanding of front end technologies - Javascript, CSS, HTML.
  • Experience within the energy and/or blockchain industries.
